India's Mahesh Bhupathi and Elena Vesnina of Russia raced to a 6-4, 6-1 victory over Israel's Jonathan Erlich and Shahar Peer to enter the semi-finals of mixed doubles in Wimbledon Championships on Friday. Saina Mirza exited from women's doubles semi-final and the mixed doubles quarters. Leander Paes, too, lost his mixed doubles quarter-final. Sania and Vesnina, who were runners up at French Open, lost to Kveta Peschke of the Czech Republic and Katarina Srebotnik of Slovakia 3-6, 1-6. The Indian pair of Sania and Rohan Bopanna, seeded sixth, then lost to Australian Paul Hanley and Su-Wei Hsieh of Chinese Taipei 6-1, 2-6, 2-6.
