Aman Mokhade was born on January 16, 2001, in Nagpur, Maharashtra. A right-handed top-order batter and occasional right-arm leg-break bowler, he rose through the local age-group structures and club circuits in Vidarbha, building a reputation for his solid orthodox technique, composure under pressure, and ability to convert solid starts into massive scores.

Mokhade made his formal entrance into senior domestic cricket for Vidarbha in late 2022, making his T20 debut in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy against Assam in October 2022, followed by his First-Class debut in the Ranji Trophy against Jammu & Kashmir in December 2022. He subsequently made his List A debut against Meghalaya during the Vijay Hazare Trophy in November 2023. Over his initial seasons with Vidarbha, he established himself as a reliable opening batter across red-ball and white-ball formats.

His national breakthrough came during a record-shattering 2025-26 Vijay Hazare Trophy campaign. Mokhade finished as the tournament's leading run-scorer with 814 runs in 10 matches at an impressive average of 90.44. His run included five centuries, equalling N. Jagadeesan's record for the most hundreds in a single Vijay Hazare edition, and a highest score of 150* against Baroda.

By crossing the 800-run mark during the final against Saurashtra, he became only the third batter in tournament history after Prithvi Shaw and N. Jagadeesan to score 800-plus runs in a single edition. His landmark campaign also featured a match-winning 138 off 122 balls against Karnataka in the semi-finals.

Alongside his white-ball heroics, Mokhade dominated the red-ball circuit during the 2025-26 Ranji Trophy season, compiling 760 runs in 11 innings at an average above 75. His red-ball run featured massive tons, including 183 against Nagaland and 176 against Jharkhand. He carried this momentum into the inaugural Vidarbha Pro T20 League in June 2026 for Nagpur Heroz, highlighted by a blistering 85 off 27 balls against the Orange Tigers.

Recognizing his prolific form across formats, national selectors handed Mokhade his higher-level debuts in mid-2026. He earned his maiden India A call-up for the tour of Sri Lanka in July 2026, followed by selection for Central Zone in the Duleep Trophy in August 2026. In September 2026, he was named in the India A squad for the multi-format home series against Australia A.
