Sri Lanka have been limited to 142/9 by a superb Indian bowling performance in Indore. Avishka Fernando and Kusal Perera played some delightful shots to get the tourists going but then the hosts took control. Kuldeep Yadav bamboozled with the ball spinning both ways, Navdeep Saini got hearts racing with electric pace and Shardul Thakur nipped in with three wickets in an over at the death. You would think Virat Kohli will be very happy chasing 143, however Sri Lanka will be looking to fight back in the field with early wickets.

Kuldeep Yadav got the ball to turn appreciably in both directions to bamboozle the tourists while Navdeep Saini generated extreme pace to ruffle some feathers. Sri Lanka's 142/9 never looked like it would be enough and KL Rahul proved it with a fluent 45 in response. The hosts lost a couple of wickets before captain Virat Kohli finished things off with a rapid unbeaten 30 to send the crowd wild.
