Off stump knocked out of the ground, wonderful sight for a fast bowler to see. Gutsy innings from Tim Paine but he has to go for 36. Well, after the first session nobody would have seen this coming. From 161-3 Australia collapsed to 243 all out after an inspired spell from Rabada, which included three in an over. His reverse-swing and pace was deadly and not even Steve Smith could handle him. A few starts for Australia but nothing of note other than 63 from Warner, who looked very good early on. Tricky little session coming up for the openers and they will be hoping to see out the rest of the day unscathed.

Fantastic work from the Aussie captain. He swooped in, collected the ball and let it go all in one motion. Ngidi was left way short of the crease and South Africa are all out for 382.
Brilliant morning for the Proteas as they pushed their lead to 139 thanks to a marvellous innings from AB de Villiers. He finished unbeaten on 126 but what isn't shown in the scorebook is the way he kept talking to the lower-order and made sure they were all on the same page.
Australia have a big task on their hands when they come out to bat and they will be disappointed to have given up such a big lead after ripping through the middle-order. A good opening partnership would settle a few nerves in the dressing room.

It was only a matter of time until Hazlewood holed out into the deep. Maharaj ever so slightly took pace off the ball and made the number 11 reach out further than he would have liked.
South Africa will require 101 runs to win after a superb spell of bowling from Kagiso Rabada this morning. He finished with figures of 6-54 which could earn him player of the match. Plenty of time for South Africa to get these runs, how long will it be until they square up the series?

Classy cover drive and de Bruyn wins it with a four and South Africa square up the series 1-1. It was a real team effort but two men stood out above the rest, AB de Villiers' hundred in the first innings was outstanding and Kagiso Rabada performed magnificently with the ball to finish with 11 wickets in the match.
Great bounce back from the Proteas after all that went off in the previous Test and they can now have a break before heading to Cape Town with confidence flowing through the camp. One issue for them is the potential suspension of Rabada after a few heated send-offs, that would be a big loss for both South Africa and the series.
Australia have a few batting worries at the top of the order but their bowlers are still firing and they managed to take out four wickets even though they were only defending 101. We are set up nicely as we go to Newlands on the 22nd.
