Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni promoted himself in the batting order ahead of the in-form Yuvraj Singh to ensure a left hand-right hand combination in the World Cup final against Sri Lanka, but knew at the back of his mind that he would face the music if the move backfired. "It was a difficult one. Yuvraj has been in a brilliant form throughout the tournament. So promoting myself and not getting runs would have led to questions," said Dhoni who led India from the front with an unbeaten 91 to fashion a six-wicket victory that enabled the team to lift the trophy for the second time. "It was an honest decision. Had I not promoted myself, then there would have been three back-to-back left handers in Gautam Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina," he said.
